old ACC transferation ?? need Help !

Hey Guys i got an Question.. i had an ACC few Years ago the Account was registrated on an old Steam ID and that Account was from the Buddy of a Buddy xD and he dont play on PC anymore..so i cant log in anymore so my Question was could you Transfer the Old stuff like Dupes/ Money and Inventory etc. to the currently one i play ? i could give you the Name of my old Forum Acc and the Steam Acc

The Problem is, he doesn't answer in the Forum and Ingame he does answer - but only sometimes. Two days ago I talked with him about my SRU Rights from my experied Donator Status which have been removed. He asked me something and I gave him a answer, 10 minutes later he has disconnected.

And the use of @ (Ingame) is just useless, you have to wait hours to get a answer. Hitman was the only one of all who answered me and he was also busy. The other 5 Staff-Members didn't care about me. Instead of helping they started to write some useless things in the OOC.

It don't want to insult someone and hate no one of the Staff but is this real that I have to wait a few hours to get a answer when I use @ or /pm? And this wasn't only yesterday, the days before I had the same situation.

yep exactly.. i played on that server since 2012.. and my other Forum account ist called TiiMeLeSs and that one has the Steam ID which account i dont have permissions anymore.. so that would be pretty if my other Account could get the stuff back or you could reset the Steam ID or i dont know.. Lol
