Lua cache couldnt be downloaded

I've only had this for about 3 days, "Lua cache couldn't be downloaded. Server is misconfigured".

So, I thought nothing of it and restarted Gmod, then I find its still there.
I delete my cache folder, no good, I delete my Gmod folder.. No good..
I have downloaded everything for the server... and nothing.

does anyone know some way to fix?

I'm getting this, too.
Maybe it has something to do with a GMod update or something?

Fixed it with deleting my cache folder I think.

You just have to google "Lua cache couldn't be downloaded gmod" to find different solutions for this problem.

It may be because you set the game so it doesn't download any custom content from the server.

Go to the multiplayer tab in the Options menu, and find the drop-down menu with "Do not download any custom content from the server". Click on that and set it to "Download all custom content" (or whatever it says).
