Summary: First of all im there as SRU because a raid was happening in slums. Well ive not much to say, i just want to say that this 2 guys are using a Mechanic Tool that need rules to be used. I always try to be mechanic, and i respect the color rules. Since there are rules for me, there are rules for everyone and this 2 players are not respecting the rules. And a real mechanic that wants to RP properly cant RP because of them.
You can also check that the Purple Golf turns into Black Golf. There is also the rule that you cannot change colors out of your garage.
I just think it is fair a blacklist from mechanic tool or something like that.

I can confirm this. As I was Changing my car, I saw them change a golf into a pitch black color.
