The pictures you have provided do not prove much at all. There are no names, it could be anyone. Admittedly though, that was me in the water. I only jumped in as I was scared of arrest, obviously following RebelRP being poor so I would never be able to afford a Lawyer good enough to get out. I then tried to jump out yet kept sliding back in and eventually gave up and had to drown myself. You also tazed me whilst I was in the water and resulted in most of my oxygen away. If you gave me a chance to get out of the water. I would have. 

Note: You shot therefore FearRP was off. Remember to not shoot an unarmed person.
