Summary: I just became police sarge and started heading towards the bp in my car. The screen went fuzzy and I was tranqed. This guy kept tranqing me and the SRU sarge until he tried to hostage us. I believe the SRU sarge then arrested the man but it was still random tranqing since we just were walking by. He then stated that we all "had to have fun".
