Why we should unban you:Today I broke a router and I used 3g modem to play on the server. The reason i CDMed 2 people was high ping! Because of high ping i lagged and the car accelerated brought down 2 people

No way, regardless of any lag you are responsible for your driving and you smashed into two, perhaps even three, people who were standing next to the BP. They were on the sidewalk, completely in their own right.

You exited your police vehicle, had a good look around at the damage you caused whilst an onlooker was shouting about how you were going to be banned. You then immediately disconnected. I am not buying this 'router broken' story at all.
