Summary: I was going to fine a guy for reckless driving but it was all a mess with people driving like crazy. One that stood out was DefianceWarrior who CDMd alot of people during my playtime. He just drove like an idiot and didnt stop for anything, he drove over a police officer that was injured an another who I think was inspecting the injured officer or something. I just saw them flying away so I dont know what the officer did in the middle of the street but he was doing this alot, just driving like a maniac and as I said earlier, he didnt stop for anything.
To make a long story short: DefianceWarrior drove over 2 officers in the street, one Corleone that stood behind me somewhere and then he tranqd me and right after he tried to CDM me but as soon as I said I was recording everything he drove off.
