He actually did this once before on the server today but when i asked in OOC why he did it he drove it back...... becouse it was random

Since you obviously haven't read the rules iridium, they say:
"14. Don't steal peoples cars randomly or for a bad RP reason (IE:Stealing to sell back to the owner is not allowed)"
