Summary:
Bangcockladyboy was the president, he was then raided by some players, to which they were saying in OOC that he was prop blocking and when they got in that he was breaking FearRP by not being afraid of the guns. I don't have evidence of this happening but I do have evidence of a few players saying this over OOC.
Now, to the issue that involved me, he changed to police commander after he was killed and ran straight up to me (I was standing still doing nothing) Tased me and cuffed me, no reason whatsoever, he then shot a rebel and then proceeded to kill me, he was also mic spamming by playing "Justin Bieber: Baby" down the microphone, this is especially bad because, no one likes Justin Bieber.
By the end of his rampage he had 10+ kills and he saw Salinsky come online, to which he instantly disconnected.
