Yes, I was the witness in this situation, since I was the person being driven over.

Let me explain a bit more of the situation:

I was just driving around town with Niimo. Then, this fireman crashed into my car, and continued to drive against it.

I had a weapon out, for earlier RolePlaying reasons, so I get out and take it, as he accelerates backwards.

I get out, take my m4a1, and said thing like: "Hey you! Get out of the vehicle!" in the yell chat.

When he saw me pulling out a gun, he instantly accelerated, to CDM me, and perhaps get my weapon. Of the last mention, I'm not certain.
