I am selling a Dup for president's office, it has a well done office, some pictures around top floor, and a meeting room in skybox.

Bugs/Things need to be removed when spawned.
*CSS MachineControl prop with buttons:
Cameras/buttons do not work.
*Meeting room chair
One of the meeting room chairs blocks the door from opening, you can move it or remove it if you want.

I will soon fix the dup by deleteing it, spawning it, removeing the chair and buttons, then resaveing it.
