Okay well first, if it looks like this..

[Image: attachment.php?attachmentid=338&stc=1&d=1109265233] Now, take a pair of scissors, and slowly but steadily cut the red wire, therefore defusing the internet blocker. If it was the wrong wire, it may just blow up your internet. please note i have no idea what i am talking about
