Title of Bug: Cars falling through the map

Description: 
When spawning a vehicle, it falls through the map. Tried this with multiple vehicles, happened with all of them.

It's a known bug that seems to happen after the server has been online for a while.
The cause for the bug is being investigated.

A potential permanent fix has been applied.
