The officer was stood next to your car, telling you to get out after the pursuit has occurred with his weapon drawn and aimed at you. Regardless of whether you have sound or not I believe the context of the situation is pretty clear.

well considering you need to give an order to initiate fearRP how am i meant to know. Also from what i saw he was a good 5 - 10 meters away from my car regardless, how am i meant to hear him when he is that far away?
