Title of Bug: People unable to enter Cabbie
Description:
When I am driving my cabbie and stop to pick someone up, they cannot get in despite the vehicle itself being completely unlocked.

This still needs fixed, You are unable to sit in the Cabbie as a passenger which pretty much deems the vehicle useless. There are also no vehicle lights attached to the vehicle using vcmod.
