Kidnapper

Hey, I have been thinking about an RP, but I dont know if its allowed.
I was thinking about doing kidnapper RP with my friend BlazyToast.

It works like, that one off us waits in a room while the other(blazytoast or I) will bait others, walk them into an other room. Then one of use barges in and kidnappes the person. The person will be tranqulized or have a gun pointed at Him/her. I dont know if the tranq goes under random tranq or is just simple FailRP

You would need some kind of reason... A motive. Perhaps hostaging the Police Commander or someone important to demand money or power from the president.
