Name of player: rub my nips and Ginseng

Summary: Basically I found Rub my nips base where he had prop blocked off his entire base so no one could get to his contraband except him by moving the metal fences with his prop gun, I contacted admin at this point. While I was waiting rub my nips who was a citizen came over after saying it was his base etc shot me dead. I reported again. About 10 minutes later Panda responded but decided to do nothing about it. This gave rub my nips basically a license to minge me, at this point him and his friend Ginsberg just kept constantly running up to me and insulting me out of character crashing into my car any chance they could and rdming me. They tried to rob me as Black market dealers and and gun dealers and after I explained it was against the rules they executed me. Again I reported this to Panda but he decided he didn't want to do anything about it, if pandas name is Harry then I guess it was due to a personal friendship with rub my nips due to after rdming me the first time he spoke to someone called harry on mic and I think it was an admin. I have uploaded a couple of main examples but I have much more footage, I was rdmed by two people who I am almost positive it was them but since I was in my car I couldn't see names but hopefully admins can check logs. They broke fearrp constantly etc.
