Is there a way to do it, or anyway where you can import dupes. so you dont have to build yourself on the build server or buy from someone.

You cannot bring dupes in from singleplayer. They must be built on one of our three servers and transferred between them (hover over your name on the forums > Character > Manage ADV dupes)
