I've re-opend the thread for you to clear it up a bit..
The female SRU skins do infact have such helmets, you won't be able to equip them yourself. Staff members are able to change your appearance. They are able to add up to multiple things. I do not guarantee you that it stays permanent for your female body. I'll leave this open until tomorrow 13:00 for any questions.
