Thread Title: Report: Random Tazering, Failrp, NLR and RDM

Summary: I ran up to the officer and then he tazered me and started jumping on my body after a while I came back to him and he Taserd me again and then shot me. Soon after I spawned back him with him realizing OOC I was the same person so he started shooting at me again which is RDM and NLR as i was a different person
