When the Prime Minister gives authorisation for a plane to be shot down, the pilot will give one last warning to the aircraft;

"I am instructed by Her Majesty's Government of the United Kingdom to warn you that if you do not respond immediately to my orders, you will be shot down"

How would you feel if you were the pilot hearing that?

You wouldn't be allowed off of the ground without a working radio; that or the person flying doesn't have a pulse. Air traffic control and whatnot.
