Unbann: Carstealing not allowed?

Hello.

I was banned cause I didn't know, that it isn't allowed to steal a car as the
corleone boss. Ban reason: steal car without reason.

Is that fair?

The rules don't say that this is not allowed. And as corleone i have to do illegal
things, isn't it?

Maybe my reason were to organize something, where i need more cars for my
members. Or isn't that allowed to?

Pls a statement / feedback from another admin.
