Summary: I was driving my car around the City when i accidentally hit another car. We both didn't got any damage so we decided to keep driving until someone shot my car.

You did reckless driving in the city and we have law at this time about traffic. I pressed my mic but you didn't hear it because I'm in the rear of Nexus. I shoot the air but I saw in the video 1 bullet goes near of your car. I don't know how it was done. It was a accident. So you are right just in this position. But I didn't kill you so it's not illegal. After that if you didn't say "I stopped the RP" I was going to explain why I'm gonna arrest you. Also you have to do RP when you ask your fold. After that you did FailRP and I arrested you.

We didn't have admin on that time so I wrote arrest reason like : "Reckless driving and FailRP."
