The server crashed while I was wearing my only one use police suit, I was wondering if I could get a refund. The admins/mods were unsure if I should get a refund since they have never given out refunds, so this is why I am here.

There's a staff support section.

But yeah, it says in the desc. to contact an admin if the server crashes while you are using it. Only admins+ can refund you though, not mods.

Sending a PM to one of the admins or SoulRipper on the team page is probably the best option

I've stated in the past, while I was SA, that if something as valuable as a police suit is lost in a crash it is 100% acceptable to claim a refund, and the staff should give it you within the day. They'll have to check the database to ensure that you equipped it. I hope that the new staff team will continue to enforce this.
