Summary: Myself and a friend, The Crack Fox had crashed, however I had survived. I called for a paramedic when Billy came along in his Trabant. He stopped several feet away from The Crack Fox's body, then drove forward over his body. Completely un-provoked.
In the screenshots you can see that The Crack Fox was injured from the crash, not from being run over by the Trabant. (I'm pointing out that part so that I can dis-credit any possibility of it being an accidental CDM on Billy Neill's part)
