I've recently got back into Garry's mod so I have been playing your Role-play servers again. However every 30-45 minutes Garry's mod will cut out and put me to my desktop, I have tried man things such as verifying mu Game cache and deleting add-ons Etc. If anyone knows of a solution I will be more than happy.

Go into singleplayer, and start testing things out that you do in the FL servers. Sometimes things can trigger a crash. If that doesn't work, check your properties, and launch options. Sometimes specific launch options crash a person's Gmod.
