I was banned about 9 months ago and haven't had the time to appeal until now as i keep seeing CityRP on the Playlist.

Reason: I was banned for "Attempted Fraud" which was not my fault.
Involved: Me and another member of the server and a freind.
Why we should unban you: First of all i would like to describe what happened and what lead to me being banned.. I setup a casino spin wheel (Spin it to win a prize with a pay fee) i was doing well all day until somone came in and bet for my car which was the biggest bet you could bet for.. Anyhow he bet and he choose the color to land on green and it landed on green but as i was going out to pay him in moved a little bit and landed on red.. so i was like wait it's red and he said it was green you just moved it (Which i didn't) Anyhow i was argueing with him for a while as it was on red but landed on green first, he called an admin and the admin came over and saw that it was on red, (Not sure which admin this was as it was ages ago) and the person who had placed the bet had a freind with him which also backed him up saying that it was on green.. I continued to tell the admin that as you can see it's on red and i haven't moved it.. the admin then said payup or you're going to be banned for scamming... he didn't even have any proof that it was on green.. sooo i went outside after being warned several times and i was about to hand over the car to the person who won it and as soon as i was about to put it in his hands boom.. im banned for "Organised Fraud" the admin didn't even give me chance to give it him.. i was half way though giving him the car before i got banned.
WHY I SHOULD BE UNBANNED?
I should be unbanned because later on that day my freind told me that when i opened my fading door to get out of the casino booth it moved the wheel a nudge which then meant it went onto red which shows that the person lost.. At the point of this happening i didn't realise that my fading door had moved it... i thought it moved on it's own as i didn't do anything in any way shape or form to move the wheel.. my freind only told me this AFTER i got BANNED and i was argueing with my "freind" for about 20 minutes just because of how he didn't tell me that it was my fault that the wheel had moved.. if i knew that i did that error i wouldn't have gotten banned as i would have paid up and gave the winner the item he won.. My intention was to make money and not scam.. I was up alot of money until the person who bet for my car won my car.. As Much as i didn't want to give him my car i had too.. and the admin didn't give me enough time to give him the car in the first place..
Another reason why i should be unbanned because everyday/night when i load up gmod i always see that CityRP is full and what i'm missing out on.. as when i played i didn't spend 1 hour off the server as it was the only gamemode/server i ever played.. and i would love to start playing again.. If it comes to it and what ever you decide about my ban, you can even reset my character as after i got banned i later found out that my "freind" actually made me get banned when infact he could of saved me from being banned by just telling me that i moved it with my fading door..
After i found out that he didn't tell me that it was my fault that the wheel moved, i removed him straight away and still have never talked to him up to this day in age..As i miss playing CityRP sooo much and would love to start playing again as i was unfairly banned as i didn't have enough time to pay up my losses.
I truely respect what ever you decide about my application.. This is the first and final application i will be ever making.. So please what ever you choose make the right decision.
PS : I would love a fresh start on the server and would love a second chance, i totally understand what ever decision is made and i will not take it against you.
