Summary: The player set a arrest warrant on me shortly after I had became a gun dealer. He claimed that I needed a license to sell guns, even though he had not broadcasted so. Later he said the arrest warrant was for building in the streets, and that he was only answering to the officers warrants. He changed his mind once more and said I was building in a public area without permission.
