I was there, if I remember correctly, there was a valid reason (other than prop pushing witch isn't valid) to actually gas the guy, didn't he (the Taxi driver) originally try to kill someone outside the nexus, and after he got caught he started to spawn bath tubs?
I even remember talking with a guy who was there when he started trying to kill someone, and he did confirm that he was trying to kill someone outside of the nexus not with bath tubs, but I didn't ask if it was with a weapon...
I am not sure if trying to kill a man outside of a government building is worthy of the death sentence, but all I know is, that there was originally another reason to gas him, whether it was a good reason or not.

Alrighty i didn't wanna gas him in the first place, that was the cops decision i was just gonna get him arrested for punching someome outside the nexus that's why i was trying to get him arrested but the other people were like"Nope lets kill him in the gas chamber"And when he went in there i was like NOPE and got him out personally i just wanted to arrest him for punching someone but crap went down ...

This is true, I do remember hearing a police officer actually say "Let's take him to the gas chamber" I cannot confirm it was a police officer but what I can confirm is that someone did say "Let's take him to the gas chamber" through the mic and possible in game chat.
