Why we should unban you: I think it was unfair, I didnt get a chance to even explain myself. not to mention I died in-between the two building where everyone parks and was found near the tunnel into the city, which I was a rebel so to get into town I had to walk that way...

You died of hunger I presume in between the two buildings over from AMPM at BP on v33. And within 2-3 minutes you were back to the direct spot you died. And about you needing to explain, when you respawn you are prompted with a large ''Accept'' button, and you clicked it therefore you agreed you wouldn't return and you did.
