Reason: Breaking NLR. Lying to me about it.

Involved: Not sure who else, but I crashed into a Volvo. Enzyme said there was disclosed information which he couldn't give me. Which is suspicious, eh?

Why we should unban you: I believe I should be unbanned because I did not break NLR. Yet, Enzyme seems to believe that I did.

I have just returned less than 24 hours after my previous 1 month ban. Enzyme seems to believe I broke NLR because logs gave him a time of which I died. I waited at KFC patiently, listening to music, waiting for the NLR timer to reach 5 minutes. As the timer reached the 5 minute mark I ran to my car, bought a toolkit, fixed my car and proceeded to drive. As I got back to BP, Enzyme freezes my car. I didn't have a clue why this happened, I may have thought that maybe an admin was messing around or something, then Enzyme asks me what the NLR timer said. As it read 5 minutes, it's what I told him. He immediately asked me for a screenshot. I tried to paste the "print screen" into paint and it wouldn't work, then Enzyme reminded me of the screenshot system AFTER he had dragged me onto the roof. I took the screenshot and he said "So why have you taken it now 5 minutes (which was actually around 1.5 minutes) after I asked?" We then got into deep conversation and I was seriously displeased with the fact I was being treated as if a fool, or a liar, which I am not.

I am not willing to sit out this ban as it is very unfair, and even when I requested another admin to help with the situation, Enzyme refused and banned me.

I was told that you crashed and died instantly, and that you came straight back. I checked the logs, and the logs said that you broke NLR.
I wanted to confront you about why you were breaking NLR, and you said that the NLR timer in your right top corner said "5 minutes". My logs said otherwise.

As I was the person who observed you, and caught you while you were breaking NLR then I don't see how a different admins would help. Your NLR timer had already passed 5 minutes when you requested this, and we admins have the same consoles.

Well my NLR timer shown me 5 minutes. This is the truth.

I'm not saying I don't believe the logs, but I don't know what to think. Maybe a client-side error on my part? I don't know. Let's just wait and see.

I have a huge amount of logs here, and it changes the case a bit..
My logs, as Enzyme's do, confirm that there's about a 3 minute window, so Jonesy is breaking NLR, knowingly or unknowingly. However, the death and the way in which this was found out was not legit.

I do understand why Enzyme has banned you, because he noticed that your NLR timer had not reach 5 minutes, which could be true.

However according to the logs Ciryl purposely crashed his stopped car into yours to get you killed. That's FailRP, vehicles ain't weapons.

Therefore I think that your ban should be deleted.

After quick discussion between those parties involved, Jonesy's ban is going to be removed.

Ciryl is going to receive a weeks ban for his actions here, and Enzyme will be spoken to by the SA team.
