i hade posted a unban request for me im perma banned and i can post 2 per every 2 month i hade posted one before this two months and he denied it for Locked per user request adn thats no right im preddy mad at him

May I ask what unban request this was since I don't see one filed with my name.
EDIT: I have found the unban request.
It was in fact his forth appeal for the same suspension which is infringing on the rules for appeal.
