Summary: I was typing in OOC and he thought I was AFK. first he took out the fence but it was too big and then took out a washing machine and failed the throw and deleted it. Later claimed he had someone in the car and lied to me about having witnesses to stop me from posting this BR.

First of all What the actual hell, i have tried speaking to Dutchy about what he is on about and Second i will tell my story.

I joined the server Got in my New Ferrari drove around for about 15 minutes with another Rebel, we had loads of fun cruising and showing him my new car, i then dropped him off in town and proceeded to drive to the Corleone town and as i drove up to the curb the front of the Ferrari got stuck on the Curb as you all know its a very low car and gets stuck on everything with a slight Kink, i then proceeded to spawn a fence which was to big, then a washing machine and moved my car off the Curb and instantly pressed "Z" to remove the prop, as i unlocked my car i noticed a Corelone walking upto me, so i advanced to get in my car as sometimes they are quite aggressive in the town and as i was about to turn my car around i got loads of abuse from Dutchy who proceeded to say i wanted to kill him or prop push him? i proceeded to say i have a witness in my car earlier because i thought he thought i did this earlier, I then found My witness (who's name i cannot remember but i assume its on record, he had low hours and was also rebel, chat record should be there) and talked to him to which he backed me up and reassured i had not done anything of the sort. Now this was a few days ago, and i am shocked at what he said to me, i don't really know what i actually did wrong, iv read what he said and i do not know what he is going on about as i didn't intentionally break any rules, if my spawned fence knocked him i am truly sorry but i didn't see him until i was about to enter my Ferrari.

As seen in Dutchy's video you can see my car is actually stuck as my tires spin, then the prop get's stuck between the car and the Curb and glitches out to which i Undo the prop, then i notice Dutchy approach and look at him to which i Attempt to enter my car, not knowing anything was wrong, Also the prop goes no where near Dutchy.
