Summary: Weecow and myself had been trying to pull over these 2 men for running over an officer and although Weecow who thought he was recording didn't manage to catch it, I finally got to them were they again made up excuses at gunpoint and as they got out one (Itzbradleey) ran around. Breaking FearRP.
