You also see him moving it himself at the start of the video. Couldn't start it right at the time he spawned it to troll around, though.

At the beginning of the video he clearly attempted prop kill but he fails miserably.

Logs dont show any prop kills so he must just not know how to.

Still abuse of props/physgun and attempt are ground for punishment, Approved.
