Summary: Well in short, he randomly tazed two guys and then went to cuff them until I said I would report him on the forums. This isn't the first time this kid has done something wrong against the rules, I let things slide in the past but now I'm fed up of this kid doing failrp.

I have to agree with the ban request. Though I'm not there in the screenshots, I was there when BloopzTV told that guy that the ban request was coming for the random tazing he'd been doing. He really didn't have any justifiable reason. I've tazed people for harassing me as an officer after warning them a few times, but this wasn't even as far as he was looking for people matching their description (the weakest call a cop can make when using force). It was more like , Zap Zap. Then ran shortly after Bloopz said something about it. His track record is also bad on SS and I think he's even been booted from the rebels for conflicting with his team. All in all not a very good player. Happy someone decided to take pictures.

There was 2 bodies on the floor that were tazed and he was going to cuff till I said I had screenshots, then after that happens he mic spams, he yells while coming into the bp store (My gun store was there) and says crap to me 'cause I threatened to report him (Jokhah, Baloth Ghost & some other people were there). He obviously doesn't want to get banned but this kid is really pushing it. He has done more stuff in the past also. Overall this kid has done, random taze & cuff, he has mic spammed, according to Jokhah he also has bad rep as SS & Rebel, he minge grabs and RDM's (He RDMed me the other day when GMod did that update and no one could get on GMod if they restarted it), He rdmed me for revenge kill 'cause he lost something & didn't like to die.

I'll try and get more evidence if needed (I really need to get FRAPS again..)
