Title of Bug: ASP Baton allows you to push workshop toolbox

Description: 
Pretty much what title says. ASP baton's secondary fire allows you to push workshop box around the place. Not sure how displacing the box changes the workshop, didn't bother mythbusting myself.

Evidence: 


Steps to reproduce: 
1) Equip ASP Baton
2) Walk up to any of workshop toolboxes
3) Push it with secondary fire
