Summary of the incident
I was doing my normal patrol in-game. I had a look inside the casino and saw a few too many picture frames. Upon inspection, they all require more than 1RPP. The billboard being 3RPP and the rectangle ones being 2RPP. This is clear exploitation and unfair to others who have to use 2 of each at the correct RPP's. He has 1RPP.

1.1 Using cheats, hacks, demos or abusing glitches will not be tolerated.

He has 1 RPP and somehow has the build boards which require 3RPP and the smaller board 2RP so its abusing a glitch.

I've been told that the user was warned not to do this anymore, i will be waiting for aly to see what he has to say for himself.

First of all i would love to speak with a admin i already spoke with about this case so it does not get more tangle up then what is good for.

i spoke with a admin telling me i could only have 2 signs up. and i am sure he meant 2 of ech becuse he got inside with me and help me out for the reason that i could not reach some of them. stock and such. then he left when we where done and i had those sign up i have today. maybe there was some kind of misunderstanding from my side of the admin. i though i was in the clear becuse no further instructions was giveing.
i am varry good to take order from Higher staff if they are well informed.

i got no problem with putting up the signs becuse lots of my staff is haveing the RP points for it so i can eaily give them the pictures.
i simply did all this becuse i thought i was in the clear. and then i see and get told alot to do alot diffent. i hate we need to use the forum and not just talk like decent foke. i for my self is 24 and hate when i get a report like this on me. when i am varry much happy about talking man to man. i think my partnership with therealsparks will not be the same after this.

So a admin admin approved it ? Im pretty sure a admin would never give the go ahead to bypass a bug/exploit.
Those build boards require 2RPP/3RPP and you have 1.

i didten get any staff members to say ok to anything. your are twisting my words. i wonna talk with panda and hes freind. please.
i see no reason why i should have 4 admins in the case instead of just the two that had me on the scene of where it happen.

name of those admins are panda and hes admin buddy that was online that day. no clue of name he was not to be seen at the scene becuse of admin invisible status i think he used.
