Summary of the incident
Me and the boy Fry dogg try to mug this little kid who is obviously pretending to be AFK and breaks fear RP by not leaving and when a police officer comes he drives away. He even proves he knew what was going on when he said "these men are harassing me". Not the kinda guy to post a pr but was a big salty boy after this one >

After looking into the video it appears that Nicholass may have broken FearRP. Even if he did return at the point he did there would have been no knowledge that you were mugging him indicating he was around to listen to some of the commands.
