Summary of the incident
I was playing as Vice President on the v4b1 server when Kwsmith18 became the President and then demoted Thespec Mine, who was playing as police sergeant at the time, for the reason "fuck you piece of shit". When Thespec Mine went police sergeant again once his cool-down ended Kwsmith18 went President again and demoted Thespec Mine for a second time for the reason "fuck you". Every time when I went President he would come to the nexus as I was leaving and RDM me. He later then started to use the locker prop to propush any vehicle that would come into the city on main street. This continued on until the server restarted about an hour later.
