Hey, anyone who can help?

Trying to setup a database online. We want as much access as possible to it. It is for a beginner website and of course it's ok if we have to pay for it. No click and drag. The only thing we want is the database. We do all the php ourselves.

 Tips or help ?
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.

Is it possible that you could use Google Drive for this my work uses GDrive for a lot of things including membership cards and attendance tracking
