DA stands for double accounting, double accounting violates the ToS and will always result in a permanent ban

It's issued by me and like has been said it stands for Double Accounting which is breach of ToS which then results in permanent suspensions.

He got unbanned by the person that hacked me, when I recovered my steam etc I reinstated the ban.
