[b]Involved: I was in no sit, I got banned when I was offline.

So I fully accept that the video evidence suggests I broke fear RP. But as seen in the video I had my mic activated and was speaking in the Fearless TS. What it does not show in the video is me turning around and saying sorry in local OOC to the SRU as I did understand my mistake. I was getting escorted out the nexus and was unaware that I had a gun on me? I never left the nexus and like I said turned around and apologised. I am sorry for my mistakes but I find it unfair that I got no input on my ban. Fear RP is important and it is a basic rule that I always follow.

It seems to me that you wandered out of the nexus whilst handcuffed and SRU were pointing guns at you. Its common sense really, if you're getting arrested, then going outside is rarely the destination you are going.

I suggest you take a look at the video.
You could see that you were surrounded when you were unconcious. 
You turned around a few times to a person holding a gun at you.

How exactly did you not break FearRP?
