CDMing me with intention to ruin situation, intentionally.
Evidence:
Now this is where it becomes tricky, i for a fact know that it was Aizal, but my evidence to backup this claim is a bit vague. Here is the video of the incident, note there is no name in the video of the owner of the car.

But just as i respawn i run after him to get his licenseplate number, which is BKA-104.

I then warrant him(with no intention to get it accepted, as i write "test" as a reason then say that president should deny it.

Now please, take some time to draw connections here, as they are easy to find. For example, the warrant is accepted when he is online, and no vehicle is registered when i attempt the same thing when he is offline.
In the other screenshots he has disconnected, that is why the BKA-104 warrant is denied.

The video shows him unlocking and locking car which should tell you that he was the driver of the vehicle. Although you will be able to see him running me over in the logs.
Note also in the video that i am not killed only injured, the conclusion of that should be that i was run over by a car.
