Today I was playing on the server and wanted to purchase some guns, i went into simonvogelgesang135's gun shop and asked if i could purchase some guns, he said yes and let me behind the counter i then stated that i would like a shipment of galils and 5 shipments of rifle ammo, which he said would be 44k, i gave him the money and he started walking around and eventually logged off. I spoke to Hitman about this but he din't have access to refund the money.

Was he banned? If not, if you have evidence, post a BR. You should be refunded after that.
