Toolbox schematic

Nothing special, but I've added a schematic you can use to craft toolboxes. It's relatively cheap, but you'll still need to craft a fair few toolboxes to make up for the price. As car damage is in dire need of repair thanks to it being made permanent, toolboxes are in high demand and this will let enterprising businessmen undercut the market price quite handily, once again letting players define the price of an item.
