Summary: So I was waking around and saw this Raptor with a huge prop in the back lowering the back end. This caused the car to swerve, when it got closer to me, Bob was going very slow yet managed to CDM someone in front of his car. I asked him to delete the prop since it is making his car driver with a swerve and then a cop asked him to get out for the CDM, he then came to me and said "I am the ups man" I said that is not a valid reason to use a huge heavy prop to make your Raptor swerve. He then was taken by the cop.
