Summary: He was breaking some laws (not rules yet) and I pulled my gun out and aimed it at him, I told him not to move so he starts to sprint away. I tazer him and the handcuffs were glitched so I couldn't cuff him while he was unconscious. I said "When you get up, don't move and let me cuff you". So he did the exact opposite and we did this about 3 times until he walked in the burger king and I had an officer block the door so he couldn't escape. Once I got him cuffed finally he went behind the counter, looked at me, said "How ca n i serve ya" and then disconnected avoiding arrest.

I know it's only one screenshot but it shows me handcuffing him, him saying what he had to say, and then him leaving.
