Donator status and blacklist

I paid for Donator over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my donator status on the Evocity_V33X server and I have been blacklisted from weapons and SRU for 18hrs and 28 minutes for the last week, doesn't make sense to me. Can I get some help?

If you have problems with Donator contact Temar or SoulRipper on Forum PM. For blacklist time to go down you have to be in the server in your case for 18 hours and 28 minutes.
