Summary: I am posting this on behalf of my friend Simmy Javille. Me and my friend Simmy were roleplaying as police officers and weeds was caught shooting a police officer, we handcuffed him and warranted him and we told him why we were arresting him and he said he did not have his sound on, so I typed it to him. Next he stared to curse my friend by calling him a "retard" and cursing towards him, he then resorted to using capitals in OOC chat. It was clear to see that weeds was trolling when later on my friend told him to turn up his sound over mic and he said no. He was just lying about his sound being off. He also spammed the same sentence about 6 or 7 times
